Overview

SkyPrairie, LLC ("SkyPrairie," "we," "us") builds software for physical businesses. This policy explains what information we collect or process, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the skyprairie.io website and our DockWalk app (together, the "Services").

Information we collect or process

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, company, and role, when you create an account, are invited by your organization, or contact us.
• Business and operational data you enter, such as inventory, shipments, locations, assets, customer and lead records, routes, tasks, notes, and documents.
• Location data, when you use a field feature (for example route planning, site walkthroughs, or field capture) and grant location permission on your device. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
• Photos, video, audio, and scans you choose to capture in our apps, such as walkthrough recordings, still images tied to marked issues, and barcode or label scans.
• Generated content, such as summaries and other content the Services produce from what you capture.
• Device and usage information, such as app version, device type, session and upload identifiers, timestamps, and error or diagnostic logs used to keep the Services working.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services you or your organization use
• Store and process what you capture and enter, and show the results back to you
• Generate summaries, maps, and other features you request
• Troubleshoot reliability issues or problems you report to support
• Keep the Services secure and prevent misuse
• Respond to your questions and requests

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure and processors to run the Services, such as cloud hosting, databases, object storage for uploaded media, email delivery, and AI-assisted processing on the server. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Services.

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising tracking or IDFA-based tracking in our apps. We share information only with service providers working on our behalf, with your organization when you use the Services through it, when you direct us to, or when required by law.

Business customers

When an organization uses the Services, the business data its users enter belongs to that organization. We process it to provide the Services to them. If you use the Services through your employer, please direct requests about that data to your organization as well as to us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We retain data as needed to operate the Services and respond to support requests. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of data associated with your use of the Services. We will respond to reasonable requests in line with our operational capabilities.

Your choices

• You can deny or revoke camera, microphone, and location permissions in your device settings.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information about you.
• You can stop using the Services at any time.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
